Absolutely! Membership is never required to enjoy Tru Elements. We offer single sessions for $39, flexible session packs, and a special $19 introductory session for first-time clients. If you’re ready to make wellness part of your routine, we also offer affordable membership options starting at just $39 per month.

Our team will welcome you, walk you through your selected service, and answer any questions so you feel comfortable and confident. Whether you’re trying infrared sauna, cold plunge, or red light therapy, we’re here to help you make the most of your experience.

Just bring yourself and a water bottle! You’re welcome to wear a swimsuit or comfortable clothing, depending on your service and preference. We provide robes, towels, filtered water, and thoughtful amenities to make your visit comfortable and stress-free. For red light therapy, we recommend arriving with clean skin, free of lotions or makeup when possible.

Yes! All of our infrared sauna and cold plunge suites are completely private, giving you a peaceful space to relax and recharge at your own pace. Whether you’re visiting alone or enjoying a session with a guest, your experience is designed around comfort and privacy.

Tru Signature is $199 per month and includes unlimited daily sauna + cold plunge, one complimentary sauna guest per visit, and 12 red light sessions monthly.

Tru Sauna + and Tru Signature include one complimentary sauna guest per visit. The included guest benefit applies to sauna. If you do not have a Tru Sauna + or Tru Signature membership, you can add a sauna guest for $20.

Membership cancellation requires 30-day written notice. There is a $29 enrollment fee at signup. Review the complete agreement before purchasing.
